GREYHOUND PLAYER BINDING AGREEMENT

The following is an agreement between the player and TRC, The Racing Consultant LLC. (TRC):

This agreement is one of strict confidence required by TRC as it pertains to our WOFS Speed Method Home Study Course which includes:

- WOFS Speed Method Professional training manual.
- Home Study Course Instructions manual
- Race Worksheet
- Race Worksheet - Correction manual
- Test Race program
- Test Race program - Correction manual
- Template manual binder content
- Charting the Stars Chart binder content
- All WOFS Speed Method related materials
- All updated manual that might be provided in the future
- Bet generator information & coding
- WORLDWIDE Player Testing area information & coding
- User ID and password information
- TOPDOG$ Contest
- All related vocabulary used with The WOFS Speed Method.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

NON-COMPETE:
It is understood that you are not to write any books and/or manuals, publish or post articles, write or help to write computer software about or be involved with/or in the greyhound handicapping, breeding, or any website profit or non profit regarding greyhound handicapping, greyhound gambling, tip sheets, greyhound betting or anything to do with owning, orperating or being associated (on a ubsiness level) with anyone who owns a greyhound business or website. Furthermore, you may not be associated with anyone in a business manner who is presently in a profit or non-profit organization involving greyhound racing prior to, during or after purchasing any WOFS Speed Method material from us and we are the only ones selling our copyrighted material. If you are found to be in violation of any section herein legal action will be taken against you and I will spare no expense to protect my copyright privileges.

SHARING ANY KNOWLEDGE YOU LEARN FROM THE RACING CONSULTANT:
It is understood that although you are the owner of the WOFS Speed Method Pro training handicapping program & related materials, these are only to be used by you and nobody else! Furthermore, use of these materials are only limited to reading and review. The WOFS Speed Method pro training handicapping program & all related materials are only for your own personal use and shall not be provided, distributed, duplicated, copied, e-mailed, faxed, loaned, shared or shown to anyone else in any way, shape or form and shall be kept strictly confidential!

UNIQUE CODING: 
Each of our WOFS Speed Method Pro training manuals are coded in a way that allows us to know which player owns it. Our “unique” coding is accomplished by adding, removing, changing, replacing, underlining or using quotations etc. somewhere in the manual that has no effect on content whatsoever. In this way each WOFS Speed Method Pro training handicapping manual can be traced to it's original owner.

CONTRACT BREECH: 
If any of the terms & conditions are violated at any time, all access to private areas of our website for trained players, such as, the NeTTwork, Bet Generator and our Worldwide Player Testing area will be terminated at once! Also, if you are found to be in breech of this agreement no future updates of the WOFS Speed Method will be available to you. It is also understood that in this event legal action will definately be taken against you for breech of our agreement and violating the terms & conditions set forth herein.

WILL: 
As per many partner requests, you will be able to leave your WOFS Speed Method manual, related charts and materials in your will to one person. That person must also have to abide by this contract and is legally bound by it's terms & conditions without the need for a signed contract in their name. So, please make sure that this person your are leaving your WOFS manual to is aware of this agreement at the time your will is prepared or changed.

GUARANTEE: 
As an owner of our WOFS Speed Method Home Study Course you have 3 months consulting privileges. The training material you receive is not a guarantee. However, while 98% of the players I have trained are successful and many to a great degree, 2% still have trouble making the transition from compulsive gambler, to a businessman using a spot play method approach to success. To make the most of the WOFS Speed Method you must use my methods and techniques just as they are intended. Do not add to, delete or change any aspect of the WOFS Speed Method or you will without question alter it's effectiveness and results. The WOFS Speed Method must be implemented in the order in which it is intended and designed or it is not as likely to be as effective as you might otherwise be. Should you have any difficulty using the methods and techniques you learn you are expected to as well as encouraged to contact The Racing Consultant for further assistance.

REGARDING YOUR PAYMENT
Your payment in the amount of $2,700 + shipping is non-refundable! By purchasing this WOFS Home Study Course you understand and are aware that the WOFS Speed Method and related material you are obtaining from us is copyrighted. Even though we have never ever had a player even ask to return my WOFS Home Study Course, materials cannot be returned to us at any time, for any reason since they are all copyrighted. You further understand and agree that you will not stop your credit card payment once purchase has been made since doing so would allow you the opportunity to copy our original copyrighted material while retaining "photo copies" for yourself. So, to prevent anyone from taking advantage of us (to what amounts to stealing our copyrighted material in this manner), you must agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein prior to purchase. If you disregard your obligation to this contract and illegally stop your credit card payment for any reason, Paypal will not refund your money without first investigating "why" you stopped your payment. This kind of an investigation on their part includes reviewing this agreement between us which is legal and binding! As such, any stop your payment will only be temporary and will very quickly be denied by Paypal when they receive and review the terms of this contract. Furthermore, in this case legal action will be taken against you for breech of contract. This action will involve recovery of our $2,700 for our Home Study Course purchased and any all legal fees incurred in this process including but not limited to attorney fees, skip tracing, travel expenses, private investigation fees and court costs. I have always closely guarded my copyright material and will continue to do so for life. I trust you understand and will respect my protecting WOFS which amounts to a life's work and secrets and methods for 30 years.
